Hello, my name is Kendrick Coulter and my hometown of Biloxi, MS once again is faced with an ecological and economical disaster. Hurricane Katrina, destroyed the 32 mile stretch of beach front landscape and now is faced with overcoming the gulf oil spill. I am actively working on solutions that will stimulate the economy and protect our water ways on the Mississippi Gulf Coast. During Hurricane Katrina a large portion of the money from the governement and public were mis used and went into the wrong hands. I am looking for assistance in organizing a tribe that would like to participate in makeing sure the 10 Billion from BP and Donations from around the globe are put into the right hands.
