Green Idea:
Free-floating wave-powered pumps to pump air down 300 feet or more into the ocean, creating an upwelling of nutrients to increase ocean biomass and carbon sequestration, both in dissolved CO2 and the rain of calcium carbonate to the ocean bed. People are already experimenting with similar ideas.
