"Do you believe that COP15 will lead to a signed agreement and will supersede KYOTO?"

"When you hear the Environmental Minister of India say "heads of state should not be negotiating a draft text. We must have a draft text already finalised. The heads of state should come to leave their imprint on the deal", I dont think there is a lot of hope for a signed agreement."

"No. that´s my simple answer. It´s not only the Environmental Minister of India who isnt playing ball. The US and Europe as a whole are also being very unreasonalble. I agree with the Chinese: "there has been "some regression" on the part of developed countries, who had "put forward a plethora" of demands on developing countries."
Rich countries are responsible for the high level of carbon in the atmosphere and it´s about time they pay for it."

"YES definitely. Only a few days to go but they have solved the problem related to poorer countries. I dont think Obama and world leader would turn up if they didnt intend to sign an agreement"
