These visitors are resource explorers who would use us.
The work gives a view of relationships between collectives
- planetary civilizations which have, like most forms of intelligent life,
depleted their own resources and must go off planet to find and control more.
This is a space where war is not permitted because all have learned it is too
costly. There are still power and control games in what is called the "mental
environment." Humans are not adept at this and can be deceived.
